What do I do if my tracking status says “delivered” but I haven’t received my package?

We will review your order to make sure there are no errors, however if you have received a tracking number then you will need to follow up with USPS (United States Postal Service) and provide them with your tracking number to verify that your package was actually delivered. 


Do I have to pay taxes?

If your order is being sent to a North Carolina or Georgia address then yes you will have to pay sales tax however if you are not located in North Carolina or Georgia then no, no taxes will be applied.
